From the first time I tried buffalo chicken dip, I knew that that was a flavor that I wanted to explore. I was delighted to see that as it grew in popularity, so did the options and ideas. These Buffalo Chicken Appetizers are the best of those ideas. You may not have realized that there were so many options. It’s hard to pick a favorite, but it sure is fun to try each one!

I first had buffalo chicken dip at a party at my neighbor’s. I had never been able to try it before because most recipes call for celery and I’m allergic. She knew about my allergy and left the celery out.
That sweet gesture led to my first bite of the creamy spicy dip and I was hooked. The rest, as they say, was buffalo chicken history!
