I’m actually not a fan of camping. My husband’s family does a huge camping trip every year. Almost 60 family members attend. I go because I want to spend time with the family.
Hosting the annual appetizer night at our campground is one of the highlights for me. Everyone brings their chairs and camping appetizers. Some people get quite creative with what they bring. I love having such a variety of items to choose from. Every year, there are such interesting options. It’s amazing what people can make at a campsite!
If you are looking for some delicious appetizer ideas for camping, these recipes are sure to satisfy even the pickiest eaters.
We all sit around eating and visiting and laughing into the night. It’s become a fond memory for me. I look forward to it. I may not look forward to the dirt and bugs that camping offers, but I can at least look forward to good conversations and tasty food.
Appetizer nights are a lot of fun. You may want to plan one for your next camping trip. Or maybe you just want to find one good appetizer to make over the fire.
