Texas Trash Dip

This Texas trash dip is definitely a crowd favorite! This dip is full of flavors and is very easy to make. It’s a cheesy bean dip flavored with taco seasoning which makes it a hit on any type of social gatherings!

Ingredients

  • 2 – 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4 – 16 oz cans traditional refried beans
  • 2 – 15 oz cans black beans, drained
  • 2 – 15 oz whole kernel sweet corn, drained
  • 2 – 3.8 oz cans sliced black olives, drained, set aside 1/4 cup for topping
  • 2 – 4.5 oz cans of green chiles, chopped and drained
  • 2 packages Taco seasoning
  • 2 – 16 oz bags of Shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • Cherry Tomatoes, Cilantro, Avocado, Black Olives

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 13×9-inch baking dish with palm spray and set aside
  2. In a large microwave bowl, heat the cream cheese and sour cream for 1 minute to soften them

3. Using a wire whisk, mix until smooth

4. Mix in the refried beans, black beans, corn, remaining sliced olives, green chiles, taco seasoning, and 1 – 16 oz bag of cheese

5. Spread mixture into the baking dish

6. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted

7. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes, cilantro, black olives, and avocado slices

8. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
