Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings Recipe:

  • 3 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup

Place 3 lbs. of chicken wings in a large resealable bag. Combine flour and water in a bowl. Mix in the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken wings in the bag. Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.

Cooking instructions: Thaw. Cook in the slow cooker for 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low or bake in 350° oven, covered for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook another 10 minutes.

Note: I cooked mine in an Actifry for 22 minutes and they were cooked to perfection.
