5 Ingredient Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Bowl

This was my first attempt at Chia Seed Pudding Bowl! It seems to be taking awhile to get to pudding consistency…more than 24 hours. So I may need to tweak the ratio. Although, to be honest, I am becoming more and more one of those cooks that just eyeballs measurements! Perhaps that was mistake here…

So I will try again. Because I fell in love with Chia Seed Pudding during breakfast at First Watch Restaurant in Arizona!

The bowl is my inspiration! The pudding recipe, check out at Yummy Mummy Kitchen. I used chocolate coconut milk as the base….happened to have it hanging around as I had bought the wrong non-dairy milk for my daughter at the store awhile ago. I used maple syrup to sweeten it.

SO here goes! Enjoy!

You Will Need These Essentials:

Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding (follow recipe from here, remember it takes around 8+ hours to set)
Sliced Almonds
Sliced Bananas Kind Brand Peanut Butter Granola
Gogi BerriesHow To:

This part is subjective to you the reader! Feeling in a hurry, slop it in a bowl, grab a spoon and go! Have some extra time, artfully layer each ingredient in a circle around the bowl. Either way it is going to get mixed up and fill your belly with goodness!
