Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cook the bacon strips to your desired doneness, let cool a bit, then chop or crumble into pieces and set aside.
Slice the zucchini into ¼-inch rounds. These zucchini pieces will become more tender, while thinner ones will be crispier.
Place the slices of zucchini in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet with parchment paper or cooking spray. Do not overlap the slices, spread them out onto two trays if needed.
Bake the zucchini rounds for about 5 minutes, until they appear a bit more dried.
Drizzle the olive oil on the zucchini, then sprinkle on the ranch seasoning, parmesan cheese and chopped bacon.
Bake the zucchini slices for 8-10 minutes again until the cheese is melted.
If you'd like a crispy, brown topping, broil for 2-3 minutes towards the end of the baking time.
