- 3 Tblsp lime juice
- ½ Tblsp white miso paste
- ½ Tblsp amino acids
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ½ large ripe mango, diced
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, deseeded and chopped*
- 1 cup broccoli slaw
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- 2 cups - Original flavor
- Rep pepper flakes, optional
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, white miso paste, amino acids, garlic and brown sugar.
Gently stir in your mango, cilantro, jalapeno, green onion and broccoli slaw.
Stir in your pork rinds.
Sprinkle with a dash of red pepper flakes (optional).
Serve immediately.
Best ate the same day, but if you have leftover, store in refrigerator and consume within on day.
- *if you love extra heat, leave the jalapeño seeds in!
