Ingredients
1cupold-fashioned roll oats
6cupscold filtered water
1teaspoonvanilla extract, optional
2Medjool dates, optional
1teaspoonground cinnamon, optional
Instructions
Remove pits from dates if using.
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend for 30-60 seconds.
Using a strainer or cheesecloth, strain oat milk and discard pulp.
Store refrigerated in a covered container for up 2 weeks.
Notes
Water must be cold otherwise the oat milk will be slimy.
