Simple Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 120 g can of crab meat, drained
  • 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Drain crab meat and put it into a bowl.
  • Stir in softened cream cheese, half of the chopped green onions, shredded cheese, chopped red pepper, and dijon mustard.
  • Once these ingredients are well combined, transfer to a serving container and top with the remaining chopped green onions.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
  • You can make this up to a day ahead if you keep it in a covered container in the fridge.
