Drain crab meat and put it into a bowl.
Stir in softened cream cheese, half of the chopped green onions, shredded cheese, chopped red pepper, and dijon mustard.
Once these ingredients are well combined, transfer to a serving container and top with the remaining chopped green onions.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
You can make this up to a day ahead if you keep it in a covered container in the fridge.
