Ingredients

  • 1/2 loaf French Bread
  • 1/2 Avocado thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp cooked
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Chop shrimp into large pieces, about 3 pieces per shrimp.
  • In a small skillet, add shrimp pieces and salsa. Heat through for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Lay the cut French Bread down on a baking sheet. Evenly spread avocado slices on top of it.
  • Top with shrimp/salsa mixture. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over top.
  • Broil for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned on top.
