- 1 lb. Baby Carrots
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Ranch Seasoning
Add carrots to a medium saucepan with 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil then cover with a lid and reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until fork tender.
Drain water.
Add butter, brown sugar and ranch seasoning to the pan with carrots. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the carrots are well coated.
