Ramen Noodle Salad

An easy side dish that's made all in one bowl! It's the perfect recipe to bring to a BBQ or potluck because it can be made the day before!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Coleslaw Mix
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 packs Ramen Noodles chicken flavor
  • 3/4 cup Olive OIl
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. Sugar

Instructions

  • Open the two packs of ramen noodles. Save one pack of flavoring and throw the other pack away. Break up the ramen noodles into small pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients including the 1 pack of flavoring from the ramen noodles.
  • Stir everything really well to combine, cover and store in fridge. This salad is best if chilled for a few hours or overnight before eating. 

Notes

You can substitute slivered almonds for the roasted sunflower seeds
