Instructions

  • Add the non-dairy ice cream and non-dairy milk to a blender. Then, blend it until it's smooth.
  • Add the Oreo cookies and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Pulse briefly until the cookies and chocolate chips break into small pieces and are evenly distributed.
  • If the milkshake is too thick, add a small splash of non-dairy milk. But if it becomes too thin, add a little more ice cream and blend again.
  • Pour the milkshake into chilled glasses and garnish with crushed Oreos, chocolate chips, or vegan whipped cream.

Notes

 
  • Does your blender struggle with frozen ingredients? If that's the case, let the ice cream soften for about 10 mins before blending.
  • Begin with less milk and add gradually to control the thickness.
  • For the best texture, use a rich vegan ice cream rather than a low-fat one.
  • Chilling the serving glasses keeps the milkshake thicker longer.
