Printable Salmon Sliders Recipe Card

Simple and delicious salmon sliders work just as great as a game day party platter or a weeknight dinner.
Course: Appetizer, Dinner, Lunch, Quick & Easy
Servings: 8 sliders

Ingredients

Salmon Seasoning Mix

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp orange zest

Salmon Sliders

  • 4 large salmon fillets, cut in half to make 8
  • 1 pack slider buns
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ cup fresh arugula

Instructions

  • Preheat the broiler. Prepare the salmon seasoning by mixing the smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and orange zest in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Rub the seasoning on top of the salmon fillets, reserving about ½ tsp of seasoning to mix with the mayonnaise later.
  • Place the rubbed salmon fillets on a large baking sheet. Broil the salmon for 10 minutes.
  • While the salmon broils, prepare the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise and the remaining ½ tsp of the salmon seasoning.
  • Start getting the slider buns ready by spreading the sauce on them.
  • Once the salmon is done in the oven, let it cool for just a few minutes and remove the skin. Place one salmon fillet on each of the slider buns with the seasoned mayo and top with arugula.
