Preheat the oven to 375℉.
In a large stand mixer, cream together the butter and peanut butter until smooth and combined.
Add the sugar and brown sugar to the mixer and beat at medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl halfway through.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat until combined.
Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder, and mix on the lowest speed just until everything is combined.
Use a cookie scoop or roll about 2 tablespoons of cookie dough into a ball. Flatten the ball into a disc and place it on an ungreased cookie sheet. Place about 2 mini marshmallows and about 8-10 chocolate chips in the center of each cookie. Then roll up the sides of the cookie to seal up all the fillings. Then, gently roll the cookie into a ball.
Bake for about 8-10 minutes, or just until the edges start to brown. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet and then remove to a cooling rack to cool completely.
