Printable No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars Recipe Card

Easy peanut butter bars with a chocolate topping are no-bake and only need 5 ingredients and 10 minutes to prepare! A simple dessert that tastes amazing!

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Layer

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter

Chocolate Layer

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line an 8"x8" or 9"x9" square pan with foil or parchment paper. Set aside
  • In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar until crumbly. Add the peanut butter and mix until well combined. It should bold together when pressed into a ball in your hand.
  • Using your hand or the bottom of a glass, press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  • In a small bowl, add the chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is smooth and melted. Be careful not to overheat it. Spread it over the peanut butter layer.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until firm.
  • Cut the chilled bars into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store no-bake peanut butter squares in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, wrap bars individually and freeze for up to 2–3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving or at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
