- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, cold
In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.
Add the cold butter to the bowl and use a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the flour mixture. Continue until it has the texture of coarse crumbs.
Store the mix in an airtight container in fridge for 3-4 months. For longer-term storage, it can be kept in the freezer in a freezer-safe bag until ready to use.
