  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 large egg
  • Cooking spray

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 16 oz Whipped Topping thawed, divided

Whipped Topping Layer

  • 1/3 cup Chopped Peanuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 pan and set aside.

Cake Layer

  • Combine dry cake mix, melted butter, milk, and egg until well combined. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. Set on a wire rack to cool.

Peanut Butter Layer

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in 3 cups of whipped topping. Spread on the cooled cake layer.

Whipped Topping Layer

  • Spread the remaining whipped topping on the peanut butter layer, then sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  • Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Remember to butter or spray the baking pan to prevent the crust from sticking.
  • Spread the first layer on the crust slowly so as not to pull out any crust fragments.
  • Before using the whipped cream, thaw it to make it easier to handle.
  • Add crushed peanuts in between each layer for extra texture.
  • Run your knife under hot water and wipe it clean after each cut to produce cleaner, neater slices.

Storage Notes

  • Cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap or a lid and store in the fridge. It will stay fresh for up to five days.
  • Store in the freezer for up to a month. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, followed by a layer of aluminum foil to prevent freezer burn.
