Ingredients
1 - 15 oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed well, reserve liquid
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped or julienned
1/3 cup aquafaba (chickpea liquid) OR olive oil
3 Tblsp lemon juice
2 Tblsp Tahini
2 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp dried basil
1/2 - 1 tsp salt
Instructions
All all ingredients to small food processor* and process until smooth.
Serve with fresh veggies or crackers.
Store in refrigerator.
Notes
*You could use a blender but will need to scrape down sides with spatula frequently
