Ingredients

  • lb chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375℉. Spray a 13"x9" pan with nonstick spray and set aside
  • Cut each chicken breast in half so you end up with 6 thin chicken breasts.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Lay each chicken breast in the prepared pan and spread the mayonnaise mixture over each one to cover the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉. The actual time will depend on the thickness of your chicken breast.

Notes

For a deep golden brown top, broil the chicken for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
