Air Fryer Potato Chips

Homemade Air fryer potato chips can be made with sweet potatoes, regular potatoes or even purple potatoes! A healthy way to enjoy potato chips!

Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes large
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Thinly slice potatoes and place in large bowl.
  • Toss with olive oil, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Add to air fryer basket. Cook at 380 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove basket and toss well. Continue cooking for another 7 minutes or until crispy. Remove basket every 2-3 minutes to toss and check for desired level of crispiness.
  • Store in tightly covered container for 3-4 days.
