Make Ahead (Freezer) Buffalo Chicken Dip
Making a buffalo chicken dip is so simple! It's a delicious way to also upgrade leftover cooked chicken or chips at parties.

- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts cooked and chopped
- 1 250g or 8oz package of cream cheese
- 1 475 mL bottle ranch dressing
- 3-4 stalks celery chopped (Alternative: 1-2 cans of water chestnuts, chopped)
- ¾ cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 1 cup cheddar grated
Thaw the frozen chicken and proceed in making the sauce
Soften block of cream cheese in room temperature and mix bottle of ranch and hot sauce. Mix these liquids until mostly smooth.
Stir in celery, chicken, and sharp cheddar cheese on the mixture.
Place this creamy ranch dressing into large resealable freezer bag or other freezer-safe container. Lay dip mixture flat and freeze.
Bake chicken at 350 °F for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly or in the slow cooker for 2 to 3 hours on low setting.
Serve with cubed bread or crackers.
