Buffalo Chicken Wings

Many people has Buffalo-style chicken wings as their favorite finger food!  Learn how to prepare these bundle of wings that everyone would surely love!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Chicken Wings
  • 2 tablespoon Oil as needed
  • 2 tablespoon Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Melted Butter optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 °F
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside
  • Place 1 Tablespoon of oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat
  • Pat the chicken wings dry and add in batches to the skillet
  • Pan sear the chicken wings on each side until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. You're not cooking the wings in the skillet, just searing them
  • Remove the seared chicken wings and place these onto the prepared cookie sheet
  • Repeat in batches until all chicken wings are seared
  • Bake chicken wings for 15-20 minutes, until an inserted meat thermometer reads 165 °F
  • In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and buffalo sauce, adjusting the measurements to taste.
  • Place the chicken wings in a bowl and pour in the butter-buffalo sauce
  • Toss the chicken wings until fully coated. Serve these crispy buffalo chicken wings warm
