Texas Trash Dip

This Texas trash dip is definitely a crowd favorite! This dip is full of flavors and is very easy to make. It's a cheesy bean dip flavored with taco seasong which makes it a hit on any type of social gatherings!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened 2
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 16 oz traditional refried beans 4 cans
  • 15 oz black beans, drained 2 cans
  • 15 oz whole kernel sweet corn, drained 2 cans
  • 3.8 oz sliced black olives, drained 2 cans
  • ΒΌ cup sliced black olives, drained toppings
  • 4.5 oz of green chiles, chopped and drained 2 cans
  • 2 packages Taco seasoning
  • 16 oz Shredded Mexican cheese blend 2 bags
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Cilantro, Avocado
  • Black Olives

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with pam spray and set aside
  • In a large microwave bowl, heat the cream cheese and sour cream for 1 minute to soften them
  • Using a wire whisk, mix until smooth
  • Mix in the refried beans, black beans, corn, remaining sliced olives, green chiles, taco seasoning, and 1 - 16 oz bag of cheese
  • Spread mixture into the baking dish
  • Top with remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted
  • Top with sliced cherry tomatoes, cilantro, black olives, and avocado slices
  • Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
