Easter dinner is filled with appetizers, side dishes, desserts, and your main course, Easter ham! These Instant Pot recipes for Easter dinner will guarantee delicious food while freeing up some of your oven space!
For the past 17 years or so, I’ve hosted Easter dinner for my whole extended family. We usually have between 30-45 people each year, and they are all hungry!
One of the hardest parts of juggling food for this many people is trying to coordinate all the dishes that need to be served hot. Whether they go in the oven or on the stovetop, every space is usually full and there are often more dishes waiting in the wings to take their spot.
I love having the option now of using my Instant Pot for some of my favorite recipes so that I can free up oven and stove space for all the extra dishes my family seems to require!
Can You Make Meat in the Instant Pot
We’ll just start with the main course for your Easter Dinner- the meat! We always go with the traditional ham for our Easter meal but I know many others prefer lamb. Either way, I would go with the largest pressure cooker you have for your entree (well, at least if you have a large family like mine!).

I’m feeling compelled to add that the majority of the time I use my Instant Pot, it’s for potatoes. I LOVE mashed potatoes in the pressure cooker! They come out perfectly and it is SO fast. I think making soups in the Instant Pot is still #1 for me, but potatoes are a close 2nd!
