Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

- 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1.5 cups Shredded Chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese softened
- 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 Green Onions finely chopped
- Blue Cheese Dressing optional
In a large bowl, combine buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles and cheddar cheese until well combined. Stir in shredded chicken and chopped green onions. Mix well.
Following the instructions on the egg roll packaging, assemble egg rolls using about 2 tablespoons of filling for each egg roll.
Place wrapped egg rolls in air fryer basket, leaving space between egg rolls. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook in air fryer at 370 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cook time.
Serve hot with blue cheese dressing.
