Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

Crispy, and golden buffalo chicken egg rolls are made in the air fryer for a perfect party appetizer! A creamy filling with a hint of that buffalo kick, these savory egg rolls taste like the popular buffalo chicken dip recipe!

  • 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 Green Onions finely chopped
  • Blue Cheese Dressing optional


  • In a large bowl, combine buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles and cheddar cheese until well combined. Stir in shredded chicken and chopped green onions. Mix well.
  • Following the instructions on the egg roll packaging, assemble egg rolls using about 2 tablespoons of filling for each egg roll. 
  • Place wrapped egg rolls in air fryer basket, leaving space between egg rolls. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Cook in air fryer at 370 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cook time. 
  • Serve hot with blue cheese dressing.
