- 1/2 loaf French Bread
- 1/2 Avocado thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb Shrimp cooked
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
Preheat broiler.
Chop shrimp into large pieces, about 3 pieces per shrimp.
In a small skillet, add shrimp pieces and salsa. Heat through for about 3-4 minutes.
Lay the cut French Bread down on a baking sheet. Evenly spread avocado slices on top of it.
Top with shrimp/salsa mixture. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over top.
Broil for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned on top.
