Printable Orange Creamsicle Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 ⅛ cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup vanilla dairy-free yogurt
  • ¾ cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Zest and juice the orange; you should have about ¼ cup of juice and 1-2 tsp of zest to use in the overnight oats.
  • Place all ingredients, including the orange juice and zest, in a bowl and whisk or stir to combine. Divide the mixture into two wide-mouthed mason jars, cover, and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Enjoy the next day with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Overnight oats are delicious warm or cold! If you would like to heat it up, warm it in the microwave or on the stovetop until heated through.
