- 4 cups kale leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 cup water (or liquid of choice)
Remove the stems from the kale leaves. Wash and roughly chop the kale.
Add the kale and water to the blender.
Blend until all the leaves are puréed and the texture is smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides of your blender a few times to ensure all leaves are puréed.
After blending, if mixture looks separated (frothy on top, liquid on bottom), stir, then pour into ice cube trays and freeze until solid (1-2 hours).
Pop the cubes out of the ice cube trays and store in a freezer-safe bag or container.
