Printable Cucumber Cream Cheese Dip Recipe Card

An easy and refreshing cucumber dip that can be made ahead of time! This is a great low-carb, party-friendly appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber, grated
  • 4 green onions, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream, room temperature
  • ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Grate the cucumber on the large holes of a box grater. Sprinkle the grated cucumber with salt and set in a strainer for 5 minutes to allow excess moisture to drain.
  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and dill until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fold in the grated cucumbers and green onions until well mixed. Adjust seasoning as needed. Cover and store in the fridge over night to let the flavors blend.
