Printable Cucumber Cream Cheese Dip Recipe Card
An easy and refreshing cucumber dip that can be made ahead of time! This is a great low-carb, party-friendly appetizer!

- 1 English cucumber, grated
- 4 green onions, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream, room temperature
- ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Grate the cucumber on the large holes of a box grater. Sprinkle the grated cucumber with salt and set in a strainer for 5 minutes to allow excess moisture to drain.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and dill until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Fold in the grated cucumbers and green onions until well mixed. Adjust seasoning as needed. Cover and store in the fridge over night to let the flavors blend.
