Printable Campfire Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus Recipe Card
Smoky campfire prosciutto-wrapped asparagus is an easy camping appetizer or side dish made with fresh asparagus, salty prosciutto, and simple seasonings. Cooked in a foil pan over the fire, it turns crisp-tender with lightly crisped, bacon-like edges.

- 1 bunch asparagus 15-20 spears
- prosciutto slices enough for one for each asparagus spear
- pepper to taste (optional)
- garlic powder to taste (optional)
Wrap each asparagus spear in a slice of prosciutto.
Place the wrapped asparagus in a foil tray.
Sprinkle pepper and garlic powder over the asparagus, if using.
Cover the trays with tin foil.
Place the trays on a grill over the campfire until the prosciutto is crispy and the asparagus is somewhat tender.
