Ingredients

  • 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • cups Shredded Chicken
  • ½ cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese ,softened.
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese ,shredded.
  • 2 Green Onions ,finely chopped.
  • Blue Cheese Dressing ,optional.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Make the Filling
    Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar, blue cheese, and green onions until fully combined.
  • Step 2: Assemble the Egg Rolls
    Place filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold tightly and seal edges with water to prevent leaks.
