Line an 8"x8" or 9"x9" square pan with foil or parchment paper. Set aside
In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until crumbly. Add peanut butter and blend until well combined. Press peanut butter mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
In a small bowl, add chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Microwave for 1 minute and then stir. If needed, microwave an additional 20 seconds and stir until smooth. Spread over peanut butter layer.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until firm.
Cut rows 5x5 and enjoy!
Notes
Store no-bake peanut butter squares in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, wrap bars individually and freeze for up to 2–3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
