Mediterranean Spread
This healthy Mediterranean dip is deliciously served with pita wedges.

- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/8 tsp. cumin
- 1 large tomato seeded and diced
- 1/3 large English cucumber diced
- 1/3 purple onion diced
- crumbled feta cheese
- sliced black olives
- pepper
- oregano
- parsley
Mix together the hummus and cumin.
Spread it onto a plate.
Top with diced tomato, cucumber and purple onion.
Sprinkle with crumbled feta, black olives and spices.
Serve with pita wedges or tortilla chips.
