Mediterranean Spread

This healthy Mediterranean dip is deliciously served with pita wedges.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup   hummus
  • 1/8 tsp.   cumin
  • 1  large tomato seeded and diced
  • 1/3 large   English cucumber diced
  • 1/3  purple onion diced
  • crumbled feta cheese
  • sliced black olives
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • parsley

Instructions

  • Mix together the hummus and cumin.
  • Spread it onto a plate.
  • Top with diced tomato, cucumber and purple onion.
  • Sprinkle with crumbled feta, black olives and spices.
  • Serve with pita wedges or tortilla chips.
