- 1.5 cups Mozzarella shredded
- 1.5 cups Cheddar shredded
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsps. Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup Pepperoni chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion chopped
- 1/2 cup Green Pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms chopped
- 1/4 cup Black Olives sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, mix all the cheeses, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning and pizza sauce until smooth and well combined.
Fold in the pepperoni and veggies until full incorporated. Spread into baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
