- 2 large portobella mushrooms , stems removed
- 1 small sweet onion , sliced into wedges
- 1 bunch of asparagus , woody ends removed
- 1/2 cup Guinness Beer
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce , I used liquid aminos
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons garlic cloves , minced
- 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
