Gingerbread Spiced Walnuts
Perfect snacking for the holidays.

- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix together spices.
Boil water in a medium sauce pan. Lower walnuts into boiling water with a metal strainer or basket for 2 minutes. Remove from the water.
Put walnuts in a resealable bag. Add spices and shake.
Transfer the nuts to a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
