Ingredients
2Bananasvery firm, sliced
2tsp.Butter
2Tbsp.Sugar
Instructions
In a frying pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add sliced bananas and fry, stirring occasionally so they're coated in butter. About 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle sugar over bananas and continue frying, stirring occasionally so the sugar melts but doesn't burn. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve warm over vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
Notes
Can sprinkle with cinnamon after removing from heat.
