- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 5 slices cucumber
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein
- 2 Tblsp pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- dash pepper
- handful of spinach or kale

- 8 oz unsweetened vanilla non dairy milk
- 1/2 banana or 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 Tblsp decaf instant coffee
- 1 Tblsp raw cacao
- 1 Tblsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tblsp chia seeds
- 3-4 brazil nuts
- 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1-2 dashes cinnamon (optional)
- handful of spinach or kale
