Ingredients

Pineapple Revive

  • 8 oz cold water
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 5 slices cucumber
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein
  • 2 Tblsp pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • dash pepper
  • handful of spinach or kale
  • ice

Gut Healing Mocha

  • 8 oz unsweetened vanilla non dairy milk
  • 1/2 banana or 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 Tblsp decaf instant coffee
  • 1 Tblsp raw cacao
  • 1 Tblsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tblsp chia seeds
  • 3-4 brazil nuts
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1-2 dashes cinnamon (optional)
  • handful of spinach or kale

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
