Fire and Ice Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. raw jumbo shrimp, deveined and peeled, fresh or frozen*
  • 1 Tbsp. butter (optional)
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat and add the shrimp
  • Turn heat to medium-high.
  • Pour in the white wine and cook, stirring and flipping the shrimp over until almost pink.
  • Stir in the Thai sweet chili sauce and the whipping cream.
  • Cook for one more minute or until shrimp is fully cooked.
