Ingredients

  • 1 cup pastina
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth or homemade chicken stock
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano or parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

Step 1: Simmer Chicken Broth

Step 2: Add Pastina
