- Ingredients: 1 + 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 TBSP maple syrup
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Combine flour, baking poweder, salt and cinnamon.
Add brown sugar, apple sauce, almond milk, oil and maple syrup.
Place in muffin pan and bake for around 18 minutes. Pull pan out and sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix on top then place back in oven for another 2 minutes.
