Blue Cheese Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Dates
Also known as Devils on Horseback, these bacon bites are easy to make and pack a punch!
Ingredients
- 24 dates
- blue cheese
- 12 strips of bacon sliced in half
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°.
- Slice the dates almost all the way through.
- Stuff the dates with blue cheese.
- Wrap each stuffed date with 1/2 a bacon strip and secure with a toothpick.
- Bake on a metal cookie sheet until bacon has reached desired crispness.
