Start by preheating the oven to 350°.
Lightly dust a clean, dry surface with a bit of flour. Place the puff pastry dough down on the floured surface. To prevent sticking, you can also lightly dust the rolling pin with a bit of flour. Roll out the puff pastry until flat and place it directly on a baking tray.
Place the brie wheel in the middle of the puff pastry and spoon the cherry pie filling on top.
Fold the puff pastry over the top of the brie like a present. You can use a pattern or just fold all four sides in. I pinched each corner individually and pulled them in, then made another corner in between each corner for a total of 8 folds.
Press the puff pastry together in the center of the brie.
Allow it to bake for 12-18 minutes until the puff pastry is golden brown.
