Cheesy Campfire Nachos

Ingredients

  • blue corn and/or plain tortilla chips
  • shredded cheese - you can use a tex mex or nacho blend or mozzarella
  • tomatoes diced
  • onions chopped
  • green peppers diced
  • jalapeños sliced and cut in half
  • foil plate
  • tin foil

Instructions

  • Lay the tortilla chips in a foil tray.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Add another layer of tortilla chips.
  • Top with more shredded cheese.
  • Sprinkle with chopped onions, green peppers, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Place on the grill over a campfire until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve as is or with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole
