shredded cheese - you can use a tex mex or nacho blend or mozzarella

onions chopped
green peppers diced
jalapeños sliced and cut in half

Instructions
Lay the tortilla chips in a foil tray.
Top with shredded cheese.
Add another layer of tortilla chips.
Top with more shredded cheese.
Sprinkle with chopped onions, green peppers, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
Cover with foil.
Place on the grill over a campfire until the cheese is melted.
Serve as is or with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole
