Fire and Ice Shrimp Recipe

- 2 lbs. raw jumbo shrimp, deveined and peeled, fresh or frozen*
- 1 Tbsp. butter (optional)
- ¼ cup white wine
- ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- ¼ cup whipping cream
In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat and add the shrimp
Turn heat to medium-high.
Pour in the white wine and cook, stirring and flipping the shrimp over until almost pink.
Stir in the Thai sweet chili sauce and the whipping cream.
Cook for one more minute or until shrimp is fully cooked.
