Ingredients
8ozCream cheesesoftened
1/2cupSugar
20ozCrushed Pineappledrained
8ozCool Whipthawed
1Graham Cracker Crust
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and sugar. Beat until well combined.
Add drained, crushed pineapple. Stir well to combine.
Fold in thawed Cool Whip until combined.
Place the mixture into a graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate for about 4 hours to chill and set up.
Notes
Be sure the pineapple is completely drained. The pie filling won't set up correctly if there is too much liquid left in it.
