Easy Pineapple Pie

This no-bake pie only takes 5 ingredients and about 10 minutes of prep time! It's a refreshing summer pie that is perfect for an easy dessert when you don't feel like turning on the oven! Be sure you plan ahead so it can chill in the fridge for about 4 hours before serving!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 20 oz Crushed Pineapple drained
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and sugar. Beat until well combined.
  • Add drained, crushed pineapple. Stir well to combine. 
  • Fold in thawed Cool Whip until combined.
  • Place the mixture into a graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate for about 4 hours to chill and set up.

Notes

Be sure the pineapple is completely drained. The pie filling won't set up correctly if there is too much liquid left in it.
