Meatloaf
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic minced
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
BBQ Glaze
- 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Meatloaf
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all of the meatloaf ingredients except for the ground beef. Mix well.
Add ground beef to mixture and combine well.
Pat firmly into a loaf and place in a 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
BBQ Glaze
Combine all of the glaze ingredients in a medium bowl.
When the meatloaf has cooked for 40 minutes, remove from oven and spread the glaze evenly on the top.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
