Ingredients

Cake Layer

  • 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 16 oz Whipped Topping thawed, divided

Whipped Topping Layer

  • 1/3 cup Chopped Peanuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 pan and set aside.

Cake Layer

  • Combine dry cake mix, melted butter, milk and egg until well combined. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. Set on wire rack to cool.

Peanut Butter Layer

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in 3 cups of whipped topping. Spread on cooled cake layer.

Whipped Topping Layer

  • Spread remaining whipped topping on peanut butter layer and then sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  • Chill in fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
